Le concert se déroule généralement en soirée mais peut également se dérouler dans l’après-midi. Il commence généralement à 20h30 pour une prestation de 2 parties de 40 minutes avec un entracte de 20 minutes.
Les Petits Chanteurs sont disposés à adapter le programme du concert au lieu et à l’événement.

Le concert a lieu essentiellement dans des églises en revanche il est aussi possible pour nous de nous produire dans une salle de spectacle. Nous restons à votre écoute et ouverts à d’autres propositions dans le cas d’événements particuliers.

– la rémunération des Petits Chanteurs
– l’hospitalité du personnel d’encadrement

– l’organisation de l’hébergement en famille d’accueil pour les Petits Chanteurs.
– le coût de la SACEM (nous vous expliquerons les démarches et fournissons le document à leur fournir)
– la gestion de la billetterie
– l’impression des supports de communication

Les Petits Chanteurs à la Croix de Bois sont accompagnés par leur chef de choeur, un pianiste et le responsable des tournées. La tournée est également suivie par un chargé de production qui suit l’organisation des concerts.

Nous vous demandons de le renvoyer signé par voie postale le plus vite possible. Ce contrat permet de s’assurer de la répartition des rôles et de la compréhension de ces derniers. La feuille de route et la fiche technique sont parties intégrantes du contrat, dans le sens où ils détaillent les termes de ce dernier.
